Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Noara handles refunds for tenant subscriptions, and the baseline refund policy tenants must offer their own customers. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Noara subscription → tenant

We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund on a tenant's first paid month. After that, subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

Pro-rated refunds on partial months are not provided.

2. Trial

Tenants may receive a free trial (typically 14 days). If you do not subscribe by the end of the trial, your Studio access is suspended; your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted unless you re-subscribe.

3. Tenant → end customer

Each tenant sets their own refund policy for their customers and is responsible for honouring it. As a baseline, tenants must accept refund requests for products that materially fail to match their description.

Noara is not the seller of products to end customers, the tenant is. Refund requests for a specific purchase should be directed to the tenant where the purchase was made.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund on a Noara subscription, email support@noara.bot from the address linked to your account within the 7-day window. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (Stripe) within a reasonable time that depends on the processor.

Taxes and payment-processor fees withheld by the processor may be non-refundable unless required by law.

5. Company & governing law

This Refund Policy is operated by Noara, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation, at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA, and forms part of the Terms of Service.

It is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, consistent with the Terms of Service.
